We can advise you on choosing a gay friendly wedding photographer as the last thing you want is for someone who has an attitude towards gay men and lesbians to be in charge of taking your wedding photo’s.

Entertainment is a massive part of your wedding so be sure to pick wisely and give your guests something they will love. Where possible make sure you choose a band or DJ who have come recommended. A good band/DJ can make or break an evening party and you will want your guests to have a great time dancing the night away.

The evening entertainment is a matter of personal choice and budget. When you choose your band make sure you look at their repertoire of music as you don’t want to be hiring a heavy metal band if you want them to playing Swing! Most bands will have a website or some performances uploaded to YouTube so make sure you check them out first before you hire.

Agree what time the band will arrive, how long will they take to set up and will it be before the guests arrive?

Agree how many breaks the band will take and what length the breaks will be and will they play any taped music in between breaks.

If you want the band to have a particular dress code make sure you agree this beforehand.
