All Goods are delivered by Royal Mail Monday to Friday. To ensure that you have received your Goods, the carrier may request a signature for proof of delivery, therefore please select a delivery address most convenient to you.

 

Personalised or engraved products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged in which case we will send an immediate replacement. If we have made an error on your order you can decide to either have a replacement sent or receive a full refund – GUARANTEED.

 

Payment from Suppliers can be made by Cheque, BACS or PayPal. Payment from customers can be made by a variety of means through PayPal in line with PayPal’s terms and conditions.

 

WARRANTIES & REFUNDS

If you return Goods to us within 14 days from the purchase date of such Goods in perfect condition and, with the original packaging and original invoice/receipt, then we will give you a full refund. The refund will be in the form of the original method of payment. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the Goods to us.

 

If your purchased items are faulty or not what you ordered please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original packaging to us. In these circumstances we will pay for the reasonable delivery of the goods.

If a valid warranty claim is made within 30 days of purchase of new Goods we will satisfy in full our liability to you by either replacing the Goods free of charge; or refunding to you the price you paid for the Goods if the exact same item is not in stock.

Venues and Service Users may delete their own account by logging in. If you are a paid venue or service user you must unsubscribe through Stripe / PayPal or other means to ensure no further payments are taken. We reserve the right to de-activate any account.

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Should you wish to give out any personal contact details to a service provider or venue you do so at your own discretion however personal contact information is not permitted to be advertised within the parameters of the website unless authorised to do so.

 

ADVERTISING

Anyone wishing to advertise his or her business on this site should email us first to obtain permission.
